Appointments
We are generally open for clinical consultations as above – we may offer you alternative times subject to availability of clinicians and we may need to alter a booked time in the event of emergency. If you are unable to attend a booked appointment please let us know.

Nurse Clinics
Nurse Clinics are held covering a range of topics in general pet care – our nurses also conduct post-operative procedures, stitch removal, worming and flea control application or general assistance in administering medication to your pet. Times and details of availability may be obtained by calling in or telephoning 01306 632863.
Home Visits
We would prefer to see your animal at the surgery where we have the appropriate equipment and support for examinations. We recognise that a home visit is sometimes appropriate – so please discuss this option with the veterinary surgeon or nursing staff when making a booking and we will advise you of availability. A home visit incurs a visit fee in addition to our normal consultation charges. Please leave details of your payment card on making an appointment and the fees due will be taken after each visit.
